Crockpot barbecue chicken

Here's a very easy crockpot recipe I made last night for supper. You can use frozen chicken breasts which makes prep time minimal!

4-6 chicken breasts
1 bottle BBQ sauce ( I used Bull's Eye Chicken and Rib Renegade)
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 -1 tsp garlic powder

Place chicken breasts in crock pot. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over top of chicken. Cook on low 4-6 hours.

So simple! You can use your favourite BBQ sauce, or try different kinds to change the flavour slightly. The Bull's Eye Chicken and Rib Renegade sauce gave it a sweet and smoky taste. It reminded me of the taste of pulled pork. The red pepper flakes gave it a slight kick.

To finish the meal I made mashed potatoes and steamed mixed vegetables.
